Tessa is currently searching for a 1:4 or better ratio of Tera IGG on the Celestial Hills server. Tessa's current budget is small but this thread shall be bumped as Tessa acquires more FG. For the time being Tessa is looking for the most IGG Tessa can get for 150fg.
