Max you can transfer is 10k.

I offer you 10k that I am willing to transfer on your realm at 1:3 ratio. And then, I can trade you 7k on Tempest Reach at 1:4 which you can bring to your server. (all you need to do is to make an alt and bring it to level 20.)

You can transfer 50k from what I've read online. Also, I'm only looking to pay 1:4, even with transfer.
