Yes, the quests are the main source.
/e: No, there is no power leveling, but you can purchase xp boosts.

I am a new player as well, but from some research I have found out there is a couple locations of mobs that have higher then normal xp for leveling from 50-60.

Which can be pulled as groups which turn into fast leveling with a group.
