Login servers are massively overloaded. You can either: try again, try again constantly, or wait it out.
If it's not settled try reinstalling.
i fixed it, for anyone else having this issue, it was an easy fix dunno why i did not think of it before, but if you ever get this problem, right click on the desktop icon and run as administrator
