Im trying to find elite mobs to grind. I've done the 22 basilisks in Oblivion Woods looking for the next place.
Does anyone have a list or know where?

Now? I played it since closed beta and for 7 months after official NA release then I quit lol.

If you're doing it for exp, usually better off just doing quests in next area/zone. I forget what level they are, but I know there's some elite spider mobs in the Chebika mine area.

what classes are best to solo elites?

Sorc/slayer/warrior/archer, probably in that order. At least it was something like that when last I seriously played.
