I just downloaded the game, and the launcher is downloading the rest of the 27 gigs, but it allows me to click on Launch Game button...but when I do, it sits at "starting program, this may take a minute" screen and doesn't move from that spot. I've downloaded the required 2,5gigs to start it up... Any help would be appreciated. I searched google and all I found was players having issues AFTER this screen after clicking play.

No one knows anything to help?!?!

Only thing i can think of is check to see if a file corrupted during the download if so just simply reinstall, if thats not the case then id suggest you google the reqs of a comp to run tera to see if its just a problem where your comp can't run it
If not i heard they have a pretty good customer support (Not fuck that loser like d3) so i would just contact if all else fails

I've done all that. I even contacted them last night. I meet the recommended and better for all the requirements when I ran the test.
