Mana Barrier, Burst of Celerity, Overchannel, Fireblast, Hail Storm, Arcane Pulse, Ice Needle, Magma Bomb, right after Magma Bomb is thrown Fireblast will just be ready again, use it at that last second before Burst of Celerity runs out a second later.
Then just repeat.
It's my best rotation i've found so far, but feel free to improvise.

Thanks for the input! I have been farming the 59/60 mobs near "Three Towers", which is decent, but I know there has to be a better spot. Any suggestions?

Three Towers is probably best grind spot to farm, not really any better spots to just sit and grind. If you run hardmodes every day, should be able to make decent money from those too.

I just run dungeons back to back on free roll for gold.

you should learn the LT cancel build. After you get your advance glyphs, you should have plenty of glyph points for it. With the proper gear and crystals, you can almost oneshot three tower mobs with Burst, Overchannel, Lt cancel, Fireblast.

And yeah, if you have a static, HM dungeons are the best source of money. There are also a bunch of abusive ways to farm money, but those require a very specific set of gear, and class.

ill be honest, the account wasnt originally mine, and I only have Tera experience to level 15. The gear level of this sorc is around 140 so i know it can do dungeons, I just dont have the experience required with the character, or game itself to run them.

Farming is simple enough, although incredibly boring. I have watched a few videos on dungeons etc. but the game still feels "foreign"

I appreciate all the help this forum has offered, and im confident will continue to offer.

Honestly, I suggest you just reroll a sorc. Playing it from 1-60 gives you so much more experience and insight on your class, that just playing as a level 60 won't teach you.

If you don't feel like leveling again, just mess with different rotations. Find one that suits your playstyle, and glyphs that appeal to you. Just try to learn skill timings, and figure out a BoC Rotation, a Non BoC Rotation, and one that involves either Mana Siphon or Infused.

A standard rotation I use with BoC goes:

Overchannel => Lightning Trap Cancel => Burst of Celerity => Fireblast => Hailstorm => Void Pulse => Magma Bomb => Mana Infusion => W.e else is not on CD Usually Ice needle//Painblast => Overchannel again (Hailstorm should have ended, overchannel should be cast when hailstorm has 14 seconds left on the cd) => Fireblast and at this point BoC should have ended.
