I think it's the cheapest/easiest route currently - craft 3, attune 2. Titan archrunes are slightly more expensive than shara (on VoT at least), by about 1-1.5g, but they're a hell of a lot easier to farm - kill bams 41-52 - so i went with that route.

Those're the total rune/item reqs. Just sub out the npc mats for whatever class mat you need, it's the same across the board.
It's not the same for armorsmithing, however. For that, it's cheapest to 3/2 gloves or boots, but I didn't make a list as I've no plans to level it yet.
