Wanted other Lancers input on the tanking situation..
Aggro, how to keep it, how to generate it. - Currently level 50, and finding it damn hard to keep aggro over a priest direct healing 24/7.

Also, what are peoples choice of weapon / armor gems?

You are probably better off checking http://tera-forums.enmasse.com/forums/classes. Not everybody here who plays is lvl 60 and a lancer. You should probably at least run aggro crystals if you're having that much trouble though.
