I have a radeon x600 series graphics card and i talked to tera support and they all kept telling me get a new graphics card because when i try to press PLAY to get on TERA online and it says TERA.exe has stopped responding and gives me a FFFF;FFFF error.

x600 is way too weak to run tera, you definitely need a new gfx card.

Minimum required AMD line of graphic cards is a Radeon X1600 XT, which is roughly 2.5x more powerful than your X600, assuming it's a Pro. You will want to have something like a Radeon 5850/6850 or GeForce 550 to run it smoothly.

Doesn't the game itself come with a exe for telling you if your with in recommended settings? Should be in your Tera folder if not its a separate download. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

Yes it does have something to detect your system specs and determine whether or not it can run Tera. Sometimes it bugs out though so it isn't the most reliable.
