As part of your pre-order perks, you can start playing TERA before everyone else as part of TERA's Head Start event, starting April 28 at 12:00 PM PDT! The Head Start event will lead directly into launch on May 1.

Everyone knows that MMOs are more fun with friends, so we're letting you bring along three friends on your head start journey.

With the codes below, not only will your friends be able to try out TERA all weekend for free, but they can also carry over their characters to the full version of TERA should they choose to buy it!

Anyone who pre-ordered has betacodes. I have 3, missalaire - who will inevitably crash this thread no doubt, has 3.
If you can't find one anywhere else, I'm selling mine. PM me & we'll go from there.

Flattered, I just think that after a certain point we should just give them out for free since its to our best interests to try to get others to play this game.

I got about 30ish people from wow/swtor play already. Hopfully it gets big, unfortunatly it does have a high skill level so a lot of casuals wont

I'm glad it has a higher skill level so people can't just rely on gear + ratings to do the work for them. I think casuals will still play because the game itself is not that grindy in terms of leveling and they made item enchanting easier as a whole.

its a toss up as this game is about 90% gear reliant.
A level one can one shot a level 38 with no gear on. (ive done the testing they hit for 20k still)
Take off your gear on starter island to really amp up the difficulty... trees hit you for 3k+ lols.
There is zero level disparity, its purely armor+power disparity via gear.
I dueled with no armor and a zerker crit me for 2 million rofl.
