should have a Tera division for guild recruitement or something like that... Tera is going to be a great game and i am part of a great community that plays loads of games and is PvP orientated and have a rigorious screening process for new applicants and would be great to find more people willing to be part of it.. we are currently more active in the EU tera but there still is a Na tera division...

If you're looking for a guild, I'd suggest getting a good group of friends together/semi static and just leveling and gearing up and waiting. There's a lot of guilds out there that claim to be a lot of things, but most of them won't last and once those fall apart you'll see which guilds are really worthwhile to apply to.

im in a guild called Xen of Onslaught... a Multi game community.. play over 20 different games supported and unsupported meaning F2p and P2p aswell as Beta's and even Alpha tests

This is true. Those things were based off more or less how competitive of a guild XoO is anyway. I'm sure you guys have some good people though in terms of community.
