Here is where I currently am,

Updated Servers, I guess they consolidated the servers, this is the one Switch and I are currently on.

1. This is probably where we will start out, eventually the main quest will send you to that corner, do all the pre-reqs until you get the dungeon quests.
There is a dungeon there and we can run that when we start.

2. This is where this BAM monster is, the main quest will have you kill him.
I found a Japanese bro the other day, and beat this quest so I am a little ahead. But we will start there and play until there is a dungeon for us to clear.

Is there really no English-language client for the game? How the fuck do you effectively read any quest text or item descriptions?

there was english patches for korean and japan tera but they were "dealt" with.

This reminds me of when I played FFXI with Japanese people. At least there was a "translation" system.

Have you restricted it to only show jap proxies? Have you tried changing proxies?
