Obviously you'll have PvE players on PvE servers since the game is PvPvE, but being that it advertises open world pvp many pvp MMO players are playing it for that. If you check the Tera official forums you'll see that the 3 PvP server subforums have the most traffic and posts/threads vs all the PvE servers so that's saying something.

I play League of Legends from time to time, but it gets old and I like Tera so I'm playing that.

I do plan to play GW2, but probably not now. I'll probably get into that game around when it releases/about 1 month or so after it releases.
