I went back a few pages to see what you were talking about. Are you talking about the Tera JP website or the client?

I had issues with some proxies so just kept switching until I got a good one. Also, make sure you are using the 32 bit version of IE. I used IE 8 32 bit. I think the website did have some issues with IE 9.

Also, if it helps any, here is the proxy I used.

I read some forums where people had to use only certain proxies that used an "80" port so that is something to try, but I myself never had that issue.

trying to get ie 8 for win7 now but all of the dl links i have tried do not work with w7

i did it with 9 so that cant be your problem

well i have done everything correctly.

Tried every proxy that would actually connect in IE and the same thing every time, try to go to jtera site and it loads but is blank.

Something Grief suggested to me was to run IE in compatibility mode. Worth a shot I suppose.
