ncsoft sued bluehole at the korea release and japanese release.

they got some money and that is it, well 5 people went to jail.... but the game was released.

Says they appealed those and it was overturned, they didn't have to pay money or go to jail.

It is kind of hard to follow since there are so many pending law suits.

i think ktera was the successful lawsuit.

the jtera was like..... yea no you got your money.


Think about it... the facts are that the supposed lineage 3 was in the works then scrapped..... then some guys were like... "well fuck we worked hard on this shit" and formed their own company using the work they likely created. The ncsoft sees what the end product is and gets all mad.
