are reapers any good "end game" ? or the daily quests that u start @ 58?

All classes have end game potential, it's just what you want your role to be and the most efficient way you can use a character. That's all it comes down to.

So i managed to recover my account, and i have my 60 reaper with crappy gear.

what should i do first? rep farm/dailies?/professions?

That's up to you, I would secure gear first because that allows for easier farm/running instances for fodder.
Choosing a Master profession would be good way to use up PP.

Read the link in my sig, it has a lot of info pre-Wounded World patch. A lot of the concepts still apply except for the fact that reapers have a metric fuckton of DPS, but are a dime a dozen.

Lancers are good for soloing BAMs in the sense that you can take close to 0 damage, but it takes a lot longer than other classes, but if you're leveling with an avatar weapon you should be able to kill everything near your level with ease anyways.

my reaper has a 154 ilvl and i just did my daily uni quest in allementhia

with ilvl 154..you should be able to level up and obtain gears through story quests in new content..maybe..if you can kill normal monsters from level 60+ quests..you don't have to worry about setting up gears
