There are no "builds" concerning keybinds. Level your ass off to 60, once you hit 60 study your class further before you make other people hate you in an instance. Once you're educated setup your buttons/bars to what you like. If you want a guideline; setup the buttons to be easily accessible to your left hand (or right if that's your keyboard), if you have a multi-button mouse and you use it often in other games, bind things to that as well.
