the pvp system is horrible in TERA. this has been addressed multiple times already.
Something new is horrible? It's been out for our use for maybe a month or more (inc beta) and your going to complain about something being new that may not be the greatest off the bat? Please learn to have patience or not be so closed minded about mmo's having to be tab target this mash this button.

this game has a heavy price tag, a very long development cycle and offers very little content. you can get a lot more for your money playing FFXI or FFXIV or D3 or GW2.
I didn't know 50$ or 60$ was a heavy price tag. Last I checked most games were, hell SWOTR was 100$ collectors and that game did turn out like crap. Want to talk about waste of money talk about that. Content? Been out for a year and they didn't want to release end game content right away so everyone can progress around the same time not just rushers.

sprite re-use, soundtrack re-use, animation locking, surface jumping, monster glitches, various bugs, UI glitches and server issues are rampant throughout TERA. it is a new game so we'll give it some slack, but after this many years of development, it is severely disappointing. as a fellow musician I must further say the soundtrack is...meh. the voice acting is full of lulz and from an artistic point of view, since they promote the game along the lines of a "work of art," it is not.
As someone said the soundtrack is very long and from what I've seen different in every zone and in each major city. I will agree sprite re-use is a bit up there and I do wish they had more, but considering there is still a vast number of them you really can't complain about it when it's released or even been out in Korea for a year. Not sure if anyone remembers Vanilla WoW but hey, all those humanoids that just had a different armor piece and hair? Ya shit, those weren't used everywhere and A LOT of them. The instance bosses were re-used as well. The only so called monster glitches would be bam's jumping and going into the terrain and then coming out when either attacked or they did something else. The mobs leash or trample people when they either are out of range of their path or they trample if they can't see you or hell they even might be interested in someone else (closed-eye, purple aura around you). Like all artwork everyone likes different forms of it just as the other person, you may not like it, but I'm sure the majority of people who decided to play found it refershing as well as the beautiful architecture that was put into it. Voice acting for English speakers I will agree with, I found that to be so horrible it was laughable, but hey that's us. Most anime, and things like this people can't voice it properly or how we feel it was intended, but those are my thoughts not facts. Every game has it's ups and downs in the developement department, people come and people go, their are real life issues that play into it not to mention some people want to make sure when they release a game they want it to be memorable and invigorating not something you will forget about 60 minutes down the road.

you are not "rushing" to max level. it's just so easy to level, it's a joke. you will be max level before you even realize it if you just progress normally through the quests. dungeons don't get old? quests don't get boring? you're seeing the same monsters across every zone, the quests are all the same, gather 5 of this, kill 20 of these, then kill a set of BAMs, move to next camp, repeat all this. while in the end all MMOs are just a grind to level and find gear, some do this much better than TERA.
So you're saying, since I'm not putting in a lot of time each day because of other things we deal with on a day to day basis and take it slow, leveling is a joke? To be honest, that's not a fair assessment, everyone takes the game at their own pace and everyone finds it difficult (or not) in some way to achieve max level. Everything that someone does repetatively over the coarse of a long time no matter what it is will get old. That's life, the only way it doesn't is if something changes frequently for it to be different then the last (besides loot). Pretty sure about every MMO that has come out in the last 6 years has been about "go here, kill this, gather this, do this and maybe talk to this guy" It's and MMO you do that in these games to level up. What are you expecting to do? And please I really want to know. Some may conceal it better than Tera, but right now I haven't seen any. It could be I'm just really enjoying the game and its atmosphere that I'm missing it, but isn't that the point? To not really notice it?

this game is not worth its money at this time. maybe when they add more content down the years, we'll see.
Dropping 50$-60$ on a game that is something different and innovative then really any other MMO most of us have seen is well worth the price. There is a lot you can do, maybe not so much end game content, but there is definitively plenty you can do as long as you take the game in moderation. When you don't the game will get boring, it's like playing a new released game and finishing it within a day and then being bored of it because you decided to just mow it over. Oh and don't forget the whole Vanarch thing that happens at the end of the month, I'm really looking forward to seeing how politics are going to play out in this game. So don't fall out of it yet, just take it slow.
Finally, remember opinions are like assholes, everyone's got one. Even me.
