Completely new to the game. Read about it a little, but nothing too serious. Just looking for some people that can help me out with the basics (Not looking to get a bunch of freebies. Don't like being super carried. I rather learn by experience if that is the case.)

Past gaming experiences: (PC)

Have completed every raid in Warcraft (Including hard modes), while it was still the current raid all the way up to Cataclysm. (Except Vanilla WoW(No expansions) Naxx, which I only cleared around 30% of it. That place was insane when first released...)

Played Final Fantasy XI: Online for 7.5 years completing everything in the game, until they raised level cap after years of it being 75 and I quit.

Rank 1 Aion PVP Player - Chanter (Level 50) Pre-Expansion and completed all of the PvE content pre-nerfs.

2200+ Elo League of Legends player (AD Carry or AP Mid)

And much more on the console side of things. I play games to be the best I can be, but still try to have fun along the way. Laid back attitude, but I like to joke around a lot, because tension is boring to me.

Island of Dawn or Prologue?

Prologue I think, as I was level 20.

Ah, prologue is just there for you to get a feel for the game and see if you like the class that you're playing @ lvl 20. You need to do Island of Dawn to actually level up from 1.

Yeah, I just wasn't sure if you got a reward for actually not dying in the prologue. That second boss when he dropped hit me for like 1250 per hit. It was hard to read his attack pattern to get down when to put shield up.
