He bought the game and has full closed beta access, so the only way he would be able to give it to someone else is to sell the account vs Beta keys that you get for the upcoming beta phase which is passed out before each beta phase which the OP has a large quantity of.

I did not receive beta access by buying the game so no.

It's the only way you can get a beta key for the beta period. Then again you probably only have 1 key like Assassin briefly explained earlier

It's not but I'm not going to divulge how I got my all access keys. I've got a couple keys as a matter of fact + already sold 2 previously.
