Hey there. Ive been gamin d3 ros on the xbox one with my cousin. For some reason on his characters he isnt able
to use other skills on different buttons. For example on my wizard i am using Blizzard on my Y button and Meteor on my RB button.
On his characters it doesnt give him the option to scroll left and right through the skills. Any advice on what is wrong with his game?

You need to turn on elective mode in settings under gameplay

effective mode...
have him player 1 & go into game setting
