Gear isn't crazy hacked, the items are very high legit stats. 1 hits torment 6.
For example my witch doctor does 138m dmg, 96m def, 20k life without any paragon levels. With paragon he does 300mill dmg, 315mill def, and can't remember life.
Available for any character.
Could also drop horadric cache/bounty bags of your choice, 270 at a time. Act 1 torment 6, greater horadric cache torment, etc.
