Has anyone definitively figured out how to spawn this rift?? All info found is from guessing and is vague. I have done hundreds of rift. Still no luck. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I have a Cow to kill and a steak to grill I just need to find the elusive beast.

Don't say RNG. I need to know what act I should be rifting. I realize it's rare so that's not helpful info.

I can tell you this out of my entirety of playing on ps3 I have yet to find said rift and I believe that it does not exist and if it does your best bet would be act 1 cause when it does spawn it is a cathedral level for 10 lvls worth of rift from my experience on pc version it is about a 1% chance to spawn (I have only seen 1 in about 4 months of pc play)

Lol ouch well Act 1 I shall stay in. I appreciate that alot. Random in a game is impossible it's algorithm.

I got cow rift was act 2 t1 gave me tons of xp (not using any modded gear) got 3-4 paragon levels when I normally get 1 or 2 if I'm lucky

There is a VERY rare "cow rift" u get about 1 in 500 or so rifts. I think u are refering to the new anniversary event tho. If that's the case it spawns randomly from a goblin type mobster that u can find in campaign (or possibly adv mode but I haven't got on there yet). As far as I know u cannot find the cow goblin inside a regular rift.

the anniversary cow lvl is only for pc I don't even think ps4 xb1 users can get it pretty sure they just get the 100% xp and gold find

and I think 1/500 is generous on that as well not sure how many rifts ive run but @1001 paragon I have yet to see it

Yeah iv got the cow goblin on ps4, so I assumed it was for PS3 aswell. I just recently switched to console but iv got about 1500 hours on PC, and iv got cow rift3 or 4 times. But I'd say 500 of those hours are pre-rift. It seems the cow rift is more common these days tho I see clan mates getting it much more since the patch in middle of season 2.

Yup played it on ps4 yesterday. Spawned while doing bounties randomly by a cow goblin
