I'll take a look later sure but I'm kinda fond of my chill barb on sc I can always compair it to the fire

60% fire dmg increase 30% earthquake increase

and amulet and wrists can be rerolled for cold dmg

What torr can it run safely?

I have run T6 with it but I have 1k paragon so depending on where your @ with that I would say prolly 3 safely depending on your paragon though and how you divide your points up
