no you only get 1 affix per gem and its a pain in the ass to do it the first couple times but once you know how its easy and you can make em legendary so you don't know what they have on em or you can make em rare and name em which is what Im gonna start doing as I have a bunch laying around im not 100% sure what they are
the difference between these gems and your ps4 leg gems is your leg gems you find on ps4 have affixes these don't you are literally rewriting the item code to make it stick
