If lvl 0, id buy one on ps4 hc for 100 fg

I can create level 1 however i cannot do ps4, and on ps4 it would be substantially more expensive due to higher rarity.

I disagree they are pretty powerful rings when you consider the other options you can use with them I of course went the cheap ass method and just bought the list but for someone who doesn't mod the price for 1 aint bad
