Tearing through T6 on the X1 is cake with 'any' build, with or without mods. Ppl want the better gear to run higher level greater rifts. I'm pretty sure where you saw it was tough for the leap quake barb to run T6 was on the 360. On the 360 it's much harder without the game updates the X1 gets along with PC and PS4. Pretty sure it was one of 142751's threads. And he's right. T6 on the 360 is much harder (with non-modded gear).
The only leap barb that can t6 on 360 mainly is using the cold earthquake build because freezing enemies is pretty much a must when doing t6. The leap build i have is fire which can do t4 well. But i do do runs with someone that has a cold leap set up that goes pretty well. He has the rarest barb sword set in the game though. Which i had never seen or heard of before seeing him use them.
