yeah but think about it this way why pay more than 50 for that when you can pay a little bit more for 1 all attributes (already more utility than this neck) that has other stats, iv gotten many all attributes str and magical healing pendants for 150 sometimes less, so why pay 1 /3 of that for something so much worse, when thinking of price of items think of the best thing that class can have .. how expensive it is,,, then base your item off those principals, all these stats are good for warlock your right, but like mentioned its too all over the place.. 4 magic pen? so if someone has 10% magic defence.. the amount of extra damage that will do is basically negligible, when you can have something like 1 wpn damage which can boost your damage by 5-10 depending on stats and gear, + physical power does not translate well its a strange stat man, 1 wpn damage is better than 5 physical power in most cases unless your a barb and your weapon already does good damage
