As of current I dont believe you are able to gift the game, so it seems like you would need to either buy an account or have someone log into your account and buy it. However account selling isnt prohibited on jsp and the other option is compromising your account security.

Highly doubt you’ll be able to buy an account, but I could be wrong.

Account buying here has never been legal on anything except like Diablo 2 for a short time.
