Thinking they're a starter pair. Any value?

Definitely has value these are a really strong Trav barb boot because of the perfect gold find and mf along with high fire and light resist. Easily 1k+

I would never use 10frw on a trav barb,
Running is 80% of your game...

Actually not. Leap attack is faster.

No it's not unless you have a clear line,
and even then the difference is minimal.
You can't leap directly the max distance,
cause trav wp is inside a building,
and coucil as well.
Also there are often bosses from wp to council for additional loot.
This makes walking the better option.
And you seem to forget, you can't leap in town...

I would Charsi them..tbh

These are the best Trav boots I've seen on ladder so far, and Trav barb items are some of the most in demand items. Maybe 1k was a bit hyperbolic but far less so than saying these are charsi. I don't know who this guy is just sharing my perspective.
