1H damage on this sword is 38-101. Average damage per hit -> (38+101)/2 = 69.5
1H damage on a 115% ED exe (without any +min/max) - 52-86. Average damage per hit -> (52+86)/2 = 69

So i'll ask again, which of my "weird" numbers are "blatantly wrong and WAY off" ?

lmao. You didn't say the same average damage. You said the same damage, directly after saying 38-101.
Then backpedal and say nono I meant average damage?

I explicitly stated "AVERAGE DAMAGE" in my original reply to this thread when comparing the damage of dacian vs exe. (Which is the only meaningful way to compare damage numbers of weapons, btw, so that's not an "obscure implication". Note that every damage number i posted was either min-max, or avg...). And no, i don't expect you to store average damage numbers in your memory... - so i literally listed these numbers for you in that same post...

In your first reply you said "the 1-handed damage for a Barb is surprisingly high and rivals that of an exec". After i corrected you, it was you who backpedaled and said "nono, i meant rivals that of a "mid rolled exe". (which wasn't what you posted originally). But when i demonstrated (using actual numbers) that even THAT statement is wrong (as a high roll dacian such as this can only "rival" a trash roll exe), you are now trying to make an "obscure implication" that you were only referring to max damage number only... BTW.. My numbers actually were off slightly - probably pressed the wrong key on the calculator. 1H damage on this dacian should actually be 38-95, which is equivalent to 108% ED exe (without any +min/max)..

But to answer your question - i dont care. OP posted a price check. He got a good price check from tonydash. You then made at least 3 wrong statements in your reply/PC. I simply corrected you, saying that you were wrong and this sword is indeed garbage. This is exactly the purpose of a P/C thread... So yeah dude, it's all good - im not sure why you're taking this so personally..

But in any case, im glad that you're happy with your new sword.

Find a 200dmg one, perfect ed and perfect max, dmg for show.
