i tried both on mine AFTER i maxed wis and with a gcookie. Def ring was nice but the HP ring made me have around 950hp unmaxed...was OP...the 7 def didnt make THAT much of a difference

Hp for sure if your def is maxed.

I voted blank because I use myself Pyra ^^ that mix of def and hp + atk makes it nice for pally.

as a maxed pala health ring for sure
when using exa def over exa hp, u have to get hit by at least 18 bullets (with a minimum of 72 dmg), without ever getting back to full hp, to make it usefull

Hp is op with the new pally buff imo

hp > def

always

i use expo, so both

def is good for rushing abysses, because of all the small damage that adds up, otherwise hp > every time
