where i can sell my items ???

Most people trade in USWest, only t7+ items are usually traded.

A good site to find people trading is realmeye.com at the top is a trading section showing current offers.
You need to sign up to use that site but signup isnt hard you just message a bot and ask for a password in game.

The only way to get 'gold' in this game is to buy it with real money.

Gold can only be obtained by purchasing it with real money.
You can trade your items for other items, but if you are new to the game then trying to trade anything you have will just be a waste of your time.
As a general rule, weapons/armors T6 and below have no value. Abilities T3 and below have no value. Rings T2 and below have no value.
