An example would be me putting in a hydra skin for 2 life and someone who wants it just comes to that place and drops of the 2 life and I just walk up and collect my 2 life from the bazaar.

Would be a cool addition but it won't happen since Kabam charges for vault space and all you would have to do is put up items for ridiculous prices to have bonus item slots.
