Let me know full sets and need high tiered( if not the highest)

The best set would be doom, hydra, elvish, guardian/6def ring

Untiered items like doom bow and guardian bracer are untradeable
UT = Untradeable basically

I'd go for an exalted hp ring too, especially if you are potting it up. Hp rings are definitely better than def rings are when you have your def maxed. 140 hp is a lot better than taking -8 less damage per hit.
