Just going to advise you to buy life and trade in game... You can do as you please with the info buuuut

Life 50fg
Mana 30-35fg
Attack 12fg
Defense 8-10fg
Vit/wis/dex/spd 3-4fg

In game ratios
Life 1:6-7 def or 1:4-5att
Mana 2:1 or 3:2 life OR 1:3-4def
Def 6-7:1 life
Attack 1:1 def or 2:3 def
Spd 2:1 def
Vit/wis 2-3:1 def
Dex 3:1 def

By buying life then just trading in USwest you can save yourself QUITE a bit of fg...
