Every Pet is able to get Hp/mp as 1/2 ability?

Not all pets. Off the top of my head, automaton, insect, and spooky are not able to get heal/mp as 1/2.

/e: I guess theoretically you can, if you get a rare of those eggs and hatched them and got SUPER lucky with the roll, since with rares all the abilities are random.
