Not soulbound - unbound! That's the name of the new tier of rings that can be found in the new dungeon.

I don't think even Kabam would be silly enough to name an item "unbound" and then make it soulbound, but I guess that remains to be seen.

35 life worth of fg for a ring that only gives 40 more hp then exa hp? what am I missing here?

It's the newest thing... People want the newest things even if they don't have much additional value (e.g Iphones, Cars, Fashion, etc). God bless America!

Also finding these t6 rings is far from easy so overpay makes sense.

"Far from easy" is an understatement; I've yet to see a single item drop from any of the dungeon bosses.
