It is when you trade items for a ugc. Not sure about for fg though. Probably if you aren't doing it through the donor forums.

these have to be bought threw the donor forum, and not being able to make an iso there you'll most likely not be seeing them any time soon.

Exactly this.

You cannot buy anything with direct monetary value outside of the donor forums.

And I've only seen one UGC float through there in all my time lurking :c
