hard to find them ingame?

we are on the same server etc. is it possible to start a party or friend list them?

Unfortunately there is not friends list like on diablo. It would be pretty handy though.
The best you can do is /tell (name) (msg). To see if they are online.
Being in the same guild helps because you can talk to them with /g.

Ok, what about pets? do they die perma if i die ?

do i have to pay real money for them?

no they don't die.. they just go to the farm.,..
you CAN pay money for them, but a lot are found as eggs...
