does a rare pet have all 3 abilities?

i have two uncommon pets atm
#1 (heal/mheal/electric)
#2 (heal/electric/attfar)

i want to use the first pet for fusing to get electric
but will it get unlocked or do i need to fues 2rares to unlock the third ability?

nope, you'll need a legendary to unlock the 3rd ability

omg just upgraded the yard so i can fuse rares and i see i need 25k fame for the next upgrade oO

its 2 ammies

legendary and divine yards are best got with gold imo ....
although maybe not anymore with the probable pet nerfs ..... (with this small but horrible nerf hinting imo to future nerfs)
i personally will not spend anymore gold on pets at all .... but i did just use gold to get legendary and divine yards. The cost ratio is way out of balance IMO ....
