well, last night i lost my character from an ingame error message
I have heard all the stories before about not being able to get a character back, biut i figured i would try anyway.
My character never died, all he did was click the portal back to the realm from inside of mad lab, when i got the error message (D'oh this isn't good).
The game crashed and when i went to get back on my character he was gone .... RIP 6/8 ut/tops knight =\

So i figure i will atleast give it a shot, although i know the chances are slim that it will even matter ....

Anyways, can anyone tell me how to file a support ticket? and hopefully get the process started???

they dont do nothing there
they say only 'sorry for your lose but server lag / your internet bla bla BUT we dont rebuild your charackter or refund anythink'

not worth to waste time there

like i said, ive heard all the stories.
but since i never saw a death screen, nor did my character die since i wasnt even fighting anything, id like to atleast try.
do you know how to file a petition?

i had the same problem when i jumped into a udl
if you need i can copy&paste you the answer from support and send you as pm

i dont know why you simple wouldnt just direct me to where i could send in the petition like i asked. i really wish you would just stay out of my threads with your absolutely unhelpful responses.

this guy has a point.........

It's literally a waste of time filling out the ticket. They have never given anyone back their characters. The only thing that you MIGHT get if you waste even more time than usual, begging for your character back, is 2k DEAD fame, which is a slap in the face and their way of lightly saying "plz go away".
