Knight with heal pet

i would say heavy armor classes, such as pala/knight/warrior

Currently my favo is warrior with jugg

All melee work really. Pally might be a little more dangerous since he has lower def but you'll be able to kill things pretty quick with his boost.
Warrior has both the def and the raw power and if you get a nice heal + magic heal pet you'll be able to buff almost infinitely.
