that's a client
unless you mean offcentered, then it's in the menu options.

Its not supported/allowed, so a hacked client is needed to do it. It gives more of an advantage than just seeing where your projectile lands. It allows you to see danger from a farther distance making the game much easier.

There is another kind of full screen that just distorts the game, just making everything bigger and not giving any advantage, but I dont think that is what you are interested in. Similar to when wide screen TV/Monitors were still new and TV shows stretched the image to fit it on your TV or games stretched on your monitor and make everyone look fat.

You should practice offcentered rotating. It sucks to begin with, but the advantage is immense.

i can't stand it, too much to worry about, the map doesn't line up, it gives me headaches, i tried it and yeah the advantage is pretty awesome, but stuff can sneak up behind u etc.

right, got to keep an eye on the minimap ;)

Its just a matter of practice. Being able to see the origin and movement of projectiles makes it much easier to dodge.
Took me some time to adjust playing off center aswell. But overall it is worth the time.

some rogue was doing it, but i think he had autoaim, his aim was 100% perfect, and he had that weird cursor so i feel like not having to aim would make it much easier =p

And much less fun.
Big thanks to game genie for super nintendo teaching me that lesson years ago. And thanks to game shark for ps1 for reaffirming my beliefs.
