Basically. In FG value def pot = 10fg, life pot = 40fg.

In game I dont know whats more common 4 def per life or 5 def. The current best price guide says 4-5 def per life. Price guide here - https://forums.wildshadow.com/node/171801

Values change on a daily basis sometimes tho, so keep that in mind it can change at any time.
