i have a level 20 necro with OK gear (t8 staff t4 skull t8 robe t3 def ring)

he can solo godlands quite easily, but what's the next step in the game?

There aren't really 'steps'. There are tons of dungeons that you need to level up more to do, to get better gear, to conquer more dungeons, to master every character...

Mainly, Start learning dungeons by actually doing them. Also, Start doing even bosses. Very fun and you have chances at nice items :)

event bosses are fking hard, btw invite me to your guild! i'm on us northwest atm, and i'm on a much better comp!

Event bosses are awful when you learn them... :) And fantastic drops.
