Got this Priest to level 20 without doing much trading at all. At first I planned on saving all found potions, but ended up using them as I went along (and that's what I'm still doing).
Had a fairly good roll, and I just got Speed maxed a few minutes ago (traded a dsphere for it, but I found all the ones prior to that).

HP: 585
MP: 438 (+155 from armor [35] and ring [120])


Current Goals:
25 DEF (17 to go)
50 DEX (6 to go)
50 ATT (11 to go)


As you can see, my gear is still pretty mediocre. Instead of trading my potions for better gear, I've been using them and I've just been playing it very safe.

My signature does not reflect my current Priest (it shows the one that I most recently RIP'd), but I'll try and update it when I'm done playing for the night -- and continue to do so.

Roughly an hour and fifteen minutes later:


Been taking every Sprite World portal that pops up.
Found a Robe of the Master at some point - didn't even notice for a long time. Thought it was just another t8 robe.

Current Goals:
25 DEF (17 to go)
50 ATT (9 to go)

May try and trade some SPD/DEX potions for a new wand.

Good luck mate. Interesting choice with the mana ring. Might want to consider using a defense ring until you get some more def pots, then switch back to mana if you want.

Had a really weak group advance to Oryx together. Started out as about 20. By the time we got to Oryx and had fought for a minute or so, there were four of us. Everyone ended up dying (including myself -- last).
Got him to the phase where he makes those constructs that shoot in a square shape. I was the only one left and was being targeted by his missiles. Ran right on top of one of those contructs and I guess it fired right when I was standing on top of it.

Didn't lose much gear, but that was my best statted character so far.






e: Starting over now of course.
ee: I swore to myself last time I died against Oryx/his minions that I wouldn't go back until I was pretty heavily potted out. I broke my rule yet again. :/

Rip. Yeah the ninjas can be pretty dangerous, especially if you get slowed.

Back to level 20.
Geared a level 1 Priest with a wand of death, renewing, t8 robe, and no ring.
At level 15 I started farming the outskirts of the godlands. At level 16 I found a defense potion.
This run through I'm not going to use potions as I find them. I'm going to save them. I may max SPD (42 roll), but I will not touch anything else (maybe DEF if this character lives long enough to farm 25+ defense potions).

Base Stats:
