I put in 4 hours so far today and warrior is a very slow process. It is pretty difficult to isolate glands gods to fight 1 or 2 at a time. Maxing def, att, and speed is going to be a real pain in the ass. For now I decided to concentrate on wis and dex since I can manage UDLs and sprite worlds better than glands right now.

I was able to get a few key upgrades including a T3 helm and a T9 armor which helps a lot.

Not sure exactly how I'm going to tackle getting my def/att/speed pots quite yet. When I get my dex and wis finished I am thinking it might be a good idea to just event with him and get SB on bosses for pot drops instead of wasting so much time in glands.

I know it is really starting to test my patience right now. I'm not used to playing anything so weak, it really forces you to change your playing style.

definitely stay away from events.... they'll wreck an unpotted warrior... or a 2/8 dex + wis warrior. If you're NPEing with warrior, not much you can do but stick it through godlands, nexusing every 2 minutes. I'd say do wis after you max the others... an extra speed boost isn't going to save you. Once dex is maxed, getting the rest will be easier as your killing speed will be so much faster. I'm surprised you can solo undeads on that warrior though!

Impressed with your UDLing ability. I could barely stand doing that shit even after I had near max defense.

I think speed is holding you back tho. Snake pits might be your best option. Before I got more speed I had such a hard time with the trees, slimes, leviathans, and ghosts. The trees/slimes I had to position behind rocks because they were impossible to dodge. And if you look at it, thats most of the gods that drop defense pots.

Oh ya and with the possibility of a treasure room, speed pots can add up pretty quick.

Yea that really is my biggest problem right now. I'm just so fucking slow I can't do shit except tank them and kill them and then nexus and come back. That shit is too tedious.

So I was going to help TJ hunt down some snake pits to get his speed going. We found none after something like 25 minutes and after killing 50+ of the lesser gods that drop the portal. Two minutes after he logs off, guess what happens...

My luck changed by the end of the run tho.





Even had a treasure room for a quick second speed pot.

Really needed a day like today. Was starting to lose it after all the poor drops I've been getting. Questioning why the hell am I even bothering with this. And actually the first half of the day was pretty usual - low amounts of pots and not finding any upgrades. I think I found like 3 attack and 1 defense in about an hour and a half of godlands farming. But it seemed like everything got better immediately after finding that snake pit in my last post. After that armor I found a superior defense, which may not sound like much but its a 3 defense upgrade over what I was using. Still no bow, but after all the defense pots my trusty little crossbow brought it, I dont really care.

No sense in holding off from sprites/UDLs any longer. The dex is really going to boost my damage and although I dont care much about wisdom, the sooner I get chances at a doom bow the better. Only did a few since it was close to quitting time for the night. From here on I'll run them every chance I get.

So after being kind of bummed about this archer for a couple of days, I'm off to bed excited to wake up and play tomorrow TJ stick it out I know you'll feel the same.

So I put in another long session today and I focused almost exlusively on trying to find and run sprite worlds to max my dex. I came pretty close but I have a few more to run.

It's pretty hard to run sprite worlds when you can't kill the god that drops them in most cases. So I had to follow groups and run in sprites after the group killed the boss which made it pretty damn hard to solo them. This is a problem because I suck so bad that if I don't solo them then I rarely get a drop. So for 16 dex pots I probably ran 50 sprite worlds

I did manage to get SB in on a crystal and it dropped me a vit as you can see from the pic below.

I also did 4 O1s and in the last one that I did, I managed to get SB in and then I saw the dreaded little purple bag and I was immediately pissed. But then I went and looked and it had a DSOUL in it!! Sword upgrade, BOOM.

Woohoo it finally happened! I finally learned how to split one arrow into three! Golden bow finally dropped and oddly enough it wasnt when I was farming gods. I was searching for more snake pits and got a little too close to godlands, picked off one leviathan, and bam, there it is.




I played a fair amount considering the low amount of loot I got, but farming wasnt really my goal this time around. Still had a lot of fun, especially after messing around with the new bow. I was too tired to max out speed and defense, which as you can see are both super close to max. So I figured I would at least take out another easy dungeon off my list. Unless something goes terribly wrong, both speed and defense will be maxed by next update.
