TJ really was owning pretty hard. I put in a lot of time and still didnt come close to the amount of progress he made. We'd all like to see a remake, but thats up to him.

As for me surprisingly the low speed roll didnt really cause any problems. Its actually my damage thats holding me back at this point. Coming from a warrior that hit like a truck, its hard to watch my hits doing only 38 damage against normal gods. I seem to be suffering from the same problem as last time too where I cant find a T8 weapon. And actually this time around I cant seem to find any equipment at all. Up until the last hour I was still using the starting quiver. And up until the last 30 minutes I was using the T6 bow. I havent found a single light blue bag containing the para rings just yet, or even a superior defense.

Its not all bad tho. Even tho Im killing fairly slowly, pots are dropping and I still feel like Im getting stronger. And I did manage to get the snake skin armor on my first and only solo snake pit. Only one of my speed pots came from there. I would have farmed it more but with the bows Im using its too slow.

I pretty much only play Priest (being relatively new and all). I feel like Priest would be your best bet if you actually want to reach your goal. Not that other classes are impossible, but being able to heal one's self certainly helps.

Just found divine tome from Limon while farming for dex pots.

Necro can heal too o.o.

An 0/8 priest has painfully low damage so I feel like it would be excruciating to do a priest NPE.

Yes, but it's not nearly the same. Necromancer healing requires mouse accuracy.
e: And the damage healed doesn't even compare unless the monsters are stacked.
Granted, the necro "heal" does do damage as well.

Every time I roll a character I play them from the ground up (NPE?). My Priest currently has DEX/SPD maxed. I've never had a problem with my damage. You only have to do ~200 damage to a monster in the godlands to achieve sb damage (not 100% accurate - I just remember reading something along those lines when I first started playing). Any class can do that, regardless of gear.

Also, self-heals means less nexusing. Which means more time killing shit. Which means more loot.

Idk, I just have a boner for Priests.

You should really play wizard/necro.
You get soulbound really fast, then you can stay back until people finish the boss.

I did exactly what you did at the start. I played only played priest and riped them around 5/8 every time.
Everything changed once after switching over to wizard. You get 7/8 with the tier before top and bank everything.
